Mark Yeager

After holding several marketing positions in the New York City area, Mark was recruited in 1994 by start-up technology training company, Mastering Computers in Scottsdale, Arizona. There he created marketing programs that helped the company grow from a 25 person organization to more than 250 employees, until the company was sold to Platinum Technology for $181.7M in 1998. After Platinum Technology was sold to Computer Associates International in 1999, he assumed the role of Marketing Director of Global Education and Services. In this role he created marketing plans that achieved the business objective of $110M in annual revenue, with 20% net operating margin. He also created a Web marketing strategy that resulted in a 35% increase in direct sales, as well as a catalog direct marketing program that achieved more than a 225% return on investment.

In 2001, he joined iLinc Communications as Vice President of Marketing where he rebranded and refocused the company through 5 acquisitions. He developed innovative advertising and lead generation campaigns that drove 100% growth in consecutive fiscal years by delivering thousands of sales leads per quarter at an extremely low cost per lead. Mark also successfully positioned the company to achieve industry leadership recognition from analysts such as Gartner, Forrester Research, and Frost and Sullivan. Prior to joining Yeager North, Mark was responsible for marketing strategy and innovation for Pragmatic Marketing, the world leader in technology product management and marketing training.
