Renee Yeager

For the last twenty years, she’s created award-winning marketing programs for the leading technology companies in the world, as well as their channel partners. Since 2003, Renee has been the principal of Yeager Marketing Solutions, a firm providing business and marketing strategy, as well as campaign development and implementation, collateral and sales tools to market-leading companies in high-tech and financial services. Previously, Renee was Director of Marketing Services for Avnet, a $15 billion leader in global technology distribution. While at Avnet, she managed a multi-million services practice that created strategies and implemented programs for companies including HP, Oracle, IBM, Computer Associates, Network Appliance and EMC. During this time she restructured the team and added innovative new capabilities to grow the company’s marketing services revenue by 10%, while maintaining a 24% gross profit margin.

Prior to Avnet, Renee launched international operations and subsequently managed European marketing efforts for two technology training companies—Mastering Computers, which was acquired by Platinum Technology in 1998 for $181.7M, and Data-Tech Institute. Renee also served as Director of Marketing Communications for enterprise software and services leader, Viasoft, and spent a year as Marketing Director for dot com start-up, myGeek.com. She begin her career at Frost and Sullivan in New York.
