Avnet Partner Sales Incentive

Avnet Technology Solutions is the multi-billion dollar solutions distribution division of Avnet, Inc. We were asked to create a compelling sales incentive program to drive their EMC partner revenues earned before year end. Our Victory in Vancouver 2010 themed campaign included an executive mailer for the VAR principal, along with a promotional poster for them to hang in the office and a website with details on the incentive and rewards. If the partner achieved a set sales level within the contest timeframe, they were eligible to win a trip to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada. The VAR principal would choose whether to take the trip or offer it to an outstanding performer on his or her sales team.
