NetApp MS Exchange Integrated Campaign

NetApp is a world-leading provider of innovative storage and data management solutions that accelerate business breakthroughs and deliver outstanding cost efficiency.

We were hired to create an executive appointment setting program for Network Appliance partners. Centered around a golf theme, our messaging led with Don’t Settle for Par and featured a vivid golf imagery. Included in this program was a boxed gift item sent to senior level decision-makers for storage solutions—here we used a set of logoed golf balls and tees. The box also contained a collateral piece promoting NetApp’s solutions—we visually reinforced the theme by aligning the storage solution benefits to holes on an illustrated golf course. As part of the program, we leveraged telemarketing to verify contacts in the partner’s database upfront, and later implemented appointment setting calls after the mailer was sent. If the recipient of the mailer agreed to an appointment with the NetApp partner, they received a gift card to Calloway Golf to thank them for their time.
