NetApp Storage Integrated Campaign

NetApp is a world-leading provider of innovative storage and data management solutions that accelerate business breakthroughs and deliver outstanding cost efficiency.

We were hired to create a program for Network Appliance partners to promote their compliance integrated storage solution. This executive appointment setting campaign was themed around the latest Mission Impossible movie that was set to release while this campaign was running. The program was designed to help NetApp partners get in front of decision-makers at their top prospective accounts. Titled Mission: Possible, we created circular collateral pieces promoting NetApp’s storage consolidation solution that mailed in a simulated movie tin. The imagery and design elements aligned with the global ‘mission’ concept of the film. In addition to the collateral, the tin contained a customized $20 Sharper Image gift card that the recipient could activate by logging on to our Web survey page and completing ten questions. The program also leveraged telemarketing to cleanse the partner’s target list upfront,and later implement calls to set appointments with the partner’s sales representatives. If the recipient completed an appointment with the partner, they were given a high-value giveaway to thank them for their time—in this case, it was a portable DVD player.
